Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free on orders of US$99 or more after discounts, before shipping and taxes. For orders below US$99, standard shipping costs US$2. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you shop in another supported currency, the checkout converts these amounts. Expedited shipping, where available, costs extra and is shown at checkout.

Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Holidays, natural disasters or other disruptions may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered when we have them available. If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items will follow.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. You can also visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately at support@popypets.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. There is only a short window to correct an address before dispatch.

Returns:

Please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility and return shipping costs.

Lost or missing packages:

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and email support@popypets.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
